KAMHA invited mental health professionals in Southern California to build our networking and support each other. We learned Trauma-Informed Yoga together and shared same passion, hope, and dream.

This monthly book club with this book about childhood trauma, neuroscience and human relationships expanded our understanding and perspectives into another level. Dr.Juye Ji lead the book club providing insightful questions and her rich and broad knowledges.
